Subjects age group 60 or more will be included from the Geriatric OPD and ward at Department of Geriatric Medicine, AIIMS
•Consent from all the willing participant in the study will be taken.
Exclusion Criteria
•Withdrawal of consent
• Severe medical, psychological or behavioural abnormality.
