Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1Age Between 18 to 65 Years
  • 2Individual with Cervicogenic Headache as diagnosed by International Study Groups criteria (CHISG)
  • 3Individual with unilateral head pain in occipital and upper posterior neck region
  • 4Individuals with NPRS Score more then 21
  • 5Individuals with NDI score more than 20%(10 Point on Greater )

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1Individuals having headache due to migraine
  • 2Individuals having suffered from bilateral headache
  • 3Individuals having any fracture of cervical spine, osteoporosis, cervical stenosis, tumor, uncontrolled hypertension, prolonged use of steroid
  • 4Individuals having neurologic signs due to nerve root compression
  • 5Individuals with history of whiplash injury 6 weeks
  • 6Received any chiropractic and physiotherapy treatment within the previous month
  • 7Individuals with Pregnancy and breastfeeding
