Inclusion Criteria
Patients with Primary hip Arthritis undergoing operative treatment
Exclusion Criteria
• Patients undergoing hemiarthroplasty or bipolar prosthesis Implantation.
• Femoral neck fractures.
• Posttraumatic osteoarthritis.
• Elderly patients above the age of 80 years.
• Massive obesity, BMI above 40kg/m2.
• Advanced comorbidity.
• Early surgery-related complications.
• Incompliance to rehabilitation.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Hip function assessment using the WOMAC-Score and the Harris Hip Score after 6 weeks and after 3 months postoperatively.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Blood loss, Length of hospital stay, Complications and Readmission till 3 months postoperatively.
