1 Breast Cancer survivors who have been treated for malignancy
2 Breast cancer patients who is on active treatment for malignancy
2 Breast cancer patients having complaints of Insomnia (A global score of > 5 in The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI))
3 Participant who feels that the insomnia was caused/aggravated by cancer or cancer treatment
1 Patients with malignant lesions in Brain
2 Patients who have comorbid neurological disease
3 Patients taking any other conventional or alternative treatment for Anxiety, Depression and/or Insomnia.
4 Having a medical condition other than cancer that causes insomnia
5 Experiencing a psychiatric disturbance (major depression, psychosis)
6 Experiencing substance abuse
7 Patients taking Morphine treatment
