Exclusion Criteria
Hemorhagic stroke.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary outcome is a clinical presentation at admittance with an isolated aphasia in patients with a cardio-embolic stroke versus a presentation of isoplated aphasia in patients with an atherothrombotic stroke.<br>The presence type and severity of aphasia are investigated by the Screeling Test and the Boston naming test, within 5 days of admittance.

Name Time Method Modified Rankin scale score at three months.
