Cancer patients and care givers
1. Those who are willing to participate in study.
2. Those who are willing to seek the follow-up services of Sri Ramachandra Hospital.
3. Those who read and understand English.
4. Cancer patients with gynecological cancers (Cervix and ovary) and Gastro-Intestinal Cancers (Stomach and Colorectal)
5. Those who are having android Smart phones with mobile data
1. Those who are at Critically ill/end of life
2. Those who are having ECOG performance status grade from 4-5
