1)Stroke patients with post stroke duration of less than 2 years
2)Patient should be able to understand and follow simple verbal instructions
3)Focal spasticity in upper limb with a Modified Ashworth Scale �1+ and �3
1)History of any recent trauma to upper limb.
2)History of administration of botulinum toxin within 6 month.
3)History of Allergic to Botulinum toxin
4)Taking medication that could impair neuromuscular performance (e.g. baclofen, diazepam etc.)
5)Balance problems compromising safety while performing therapy.
6Pregnancy, breast-feeding, or planned pregnancy during the study
7)Concurrent rehabilitation that could not be altered to the study treatment plan
