入排标准
入选标准
- •1)Stroke patients with post stroke duration of less than 2 years
- •2)Patient should be able to understand and follow simple verbal instructions
- •3)Focal spasticity in upper limb with a Modified Ashworth Scale ââ?°Â¥1+ and ââ?°Â¤3
排除标准
- •1)History of any recent trauma to upper limb.
- •2)History of administration of botulinum toxin within 6 month.
- •3)History of Allergic to Botulinum toxin
- •4)Taking medication that could impair neuromuscular performance (e.g. baclofen, diazepam etc.)
- •5)Balance problems compromising safety while performing therapy.
- •6Pregnancy, breast-feeding, or planned pregnancy during the study
- •7)Concurrent rehabilitation that could not be altered to the study treatment plan
