Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Stroke patients with post stroke duration of less than 2 years
- •2\)Patient should be able to understand and follow simple verbal instructions
- •3\)Focal spasticity in upper limb with a Modified Ashworth Scale ââ?°Â¥1\+ and ââ?°Â¤3
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)History of any recent trauma to upper limb.
- •2\)History of administration of botulinum toxin within 6 month.
- •3\)History of Allergic to Botulinum toxin
- •4\)Taking medication that could impair neuromuscular performance (e.g. baclofen, diazepam etc.)
- •5\)Balance problems compromising safety while performing therapy.
- •6Pregnancy, breast\-feeding, or planned pregnancy during the study
- •7\)Concurrent rehabilitation that could not be altered to the study treatment plan
