Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Stroke patients with post stroke duration of less than 2 years
  • 2\)Patient should be able to understand and follow simple verbal instructions
  • 3\)Focal spasticity in upper limb with a Modified Ashworth Scale ââ?°Â¥1\+ and ââ?°Â¤3

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\)History of any recent trauma to upper limb.
  • 2\)History of administration of botulinum toxin within 6 month.
  • 3\)History of Allergic to Botulinum toxin
  • 4\)Taking medication that could impair neuromuscular performance (e.g. baclofen, diazepam etc.)
  • 5\)Balance problems compromising safety while performing therapy.
  • 6Pregnancy, breast\-feeding, or planned pregnancy during the study
  • 7\)Concurrent rehabilitation that could not be altered to the study treatment plan
