All the healthcare workers of GMCH working in GMCH who will provide informed consent will be included in the study. The healthcare workers will include faculty members, junior and senior residents of anaesthesia, surgery, gynecology and orthopedic departments. We will also include anaesthesia technicians, nursing staff, attendants and sweepers working in intensive care units and operation theaters.
The healthcare worker who will not provide informed consent will be excluded from the study
