1.Willing to participate in the study
2.Both genders
3.Age between 20 – 60 years
4. Clinically and radiologically diagnosed patients of Waja-ul-Raqaba (Cervical spondylosis)
5.Body mass index (BMI) <_ 39 kg/m2
6.No apparent spinal deformity like- Kyphosis, scoliosis, Lordosis etc
