Inclusion Criteria
Children greater than 1 month and less than 18 years with shock requiring inotropes
admitted in the PICU of Department of Paediatrics, Kasturba Medical college and
hospital, Manipal
Exclusion Criteria
Children whose parents deny consent
Children treated with inotropes prior to admission.
Children who succumb within 48 hours of starting inotropes
