(1) Healthy volunteers with no abnormal clinical manifestations; or those who meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with UC (left colon type, active, mild) dampness pattern and other non-damp syndromes;
(2) Age between 18-70 years old;
(3) Not taking antibiotics, steroids and other hormones, Chinese herbal medicine preparations (including oral and intravenous injection), probiotics such as probiotics or yogurt in the past week;
(4) The patient signed the informed consent and was willing to accept the corresponding examination and treatment.
(1) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases, hematopoietic system, nervous system or mental diseases;
(2) Combined with other organic diseases of the digestive system (such as peptic ulcer), or systemic diseases that affect the motility of the digestive tract (such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes);
(3) Those who are using or need to continue to use drugs that may affect gastrointestinal function (antidiarrheals, antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, intestinal flora regulators, antibiotics, etc.);
(4) Those who have a history of allergy to related drugs used in the study and a history of severe food allergy.
