Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients diagnosed autoimmune thyroid disease with insulin resistance.
2)Patients with age range from 18 years to 60 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Diabetic patients
on Drugs affact inulin resistance example (Insulin sensitizers, Contraceptive pills, Corticosteroid).
Pregnancy.
Sever co morbid diseases.
