Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients diagnosed autoimmune thyroid disease with insulin resistance.
- •2\)Patients with age range from 18 years to 60 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Diabetic patients
- •on Drugs affact inulin resistance example (Insulin sensitizers, Contraceptive pills, Corticosteroid).
- •Sever co morbid diseases.
