Inclusion Criteria

1. Male or female aged at least 18 years old
2. Diagnosed with Syphilis of any stage
3. Has been Prescribed with Benzathine penicillin G injection 1.2 million unit on each buttock

Exclusion Criteria

1. Allergic to penicillin or any other drugs that can cross react to cause allergy or anaphylaxis
2. Allergic to any anesthetic drugs
3. pregnancy
4. on any pain medication in the past 72 hours
