It will include patients over 18 years of age up to 25 years and patients aged 40 to 65 years, already selected by the first stage of the research that was dental office bleaching; patients who have never undergone bleaching; non-smoker patients.
Patients who did not complete the first stage of the dental office whitening research will be excluded; patients who refuse to continue bleaching at home; patients who are already satisfied with the color of the teeth post office bleaching.

Name Time Method Dental sensitivity, measured by visual analog scale and analogue numerical scale, during office bleaching, 1 hour, 24 hours and 48 hours after and daily during home bleaching
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Subject satisfaction, measured through the Psychosocial Impact Questionnaire of Dental Aesthetics (PIDAQ) and orofacial esthetic scale (EEO), before bleaching, after the in-office bleaching and after at-home bleaching;Color change measured by visual analogue scale and analogue numerical scale, during in-office whitening, 1 hour, 24 hours and 48 hours after and daily during at-home bleaching
