Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects with stage 2 adhesive capsulitis between the age group of 45-60
- •Subjects with shoulder pain for more than 3 months.
- •Subjects with a range of motion loss of greater than 25% in at least 2 planes.
- •Subjects with a capsular pattern of external rotation, more restricted than
- •abduction followed by internal rotation or flexion
Exclusion Criteria
- •Presence of any other co-existing pathologies such as glenohumeral arthritis,
- •rotator cuff pathology, etc.
- •Subjects with a recent history of trauma
- •Post-surgical stiffness
- •Presence of referred pain such as cervical spondylosis
