Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Subjects with stage 2 adhesive capsulitis between the age group of 45-60
  • Subjects with shoulder pain for more than 3 months.
  • Subjects with a range of motion loss of greater than 25% in at least 2 planes.
  • Subjects with a capsular pattern of external rotation, more restricted than
  • abduction followed by internal rotation or flexion

Exclusion Criteria

  • Presence of any other co-existing pathologies such as glenohumeral arthritis,
  • rotator cuff pathology, etc.
  • Subjects with a recent history of trauma
  • Post-surgical stiffness
  • Presence of referred pain such as cervical spondylosis
