Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult Patients over 18 years old undergoing robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patient with cardiovascular disease
- •\- Patient with severe obstructive or restrictive pattern on pulmonary function test
- •\- History of lung surgery
- •\- Patients with pulmonary bullae
- •\- Patient who are preoperatively hemodynamically instable, which needs vasoactive drug continuously infusion
- •\- Patient with elevated intracranial pressure
- •\- Patient who are inappropriate to use the EIT(ex. hemidiaphragm paralysis, pacemaker inserted patient)
