The primary feasibility outcomes include total number of recruited subjects, recruitment rate, drop-out rate, adherence, and side effects.
Feasibility criteria for a successful pilot study are
1. Recruitment of 35 participants within 6 months
2. Drop-Out Rate < 40% within 6 months exercise
3. Adherence: 50% participants take part in at least 50% of offered training sessions. Side effects are documented, if they occur in connection with the training.
