Inclusion Criteria

Male, age 20-30 years, non-smoker, BMI 20-25, no chronic diseases including asthma bronchiale and cardiovascular diseases of any kind. No injuries of muscoloskeleton, that prevents participants in performing a full maximal cardiopulmonary test.

Exclusion Criteria

Following medical products during investigational periode:
asthma medication, heart medication, antihistamines, antipsycotics, NSAIDs, rifampicin, chinidine, glukocorticoides, abuse of any kind.
Allergy and/or intolerance to metoprololsuccinate. Allergy to lactose. Abnormal ECG. Abnormal bloodsugar according to standards.
