Inclusion Criteria
All consecutive patients of non-metastatic NPC who have
1. HPR diagnosis of carcinoma nasopharynx.
2. Completed all planned radical treatment with chemo chemochemochemo-radiotherapy radiotherapy radiotherapyradiotherapyradiotherapy radiotherapyradiotherapy at TMH.
3. Baseline FDG-PET.CT with a CECT scan at baseline
4. Post treatment FDG-PET.CT with a CECT scan post treatment.
5. Regular follow up thereafter
Exclusion Criteria
1. Not satisfying above criteria
2. Treatment with Palliative intent.

Name Time Method To correlate anatomic tumor volumes (gross tumor volumes), maximum standardized uptake value (SUV max), metabolic tumor volume (MTV) and total lesional glycolysis (TLG) with event free survival (EFS), distant metastases free survival (DMFS) and overall survival (OS).Timepoint: 4 years
