Inclusion criteria were:
1- Women aged between 18 and 35 years. 2 - Non-smoking. 3-Who are Primipara.4-Gestational age 37 weeks and greater than it (early pregnancy ultrasound or LMP)5 -Not a high risk pregnancy and Lack of anatomical defect or history of breast surgery that can cause problems in breast milk and breast feeding. 6-Lack of breast-feeding and skin contact prohibition.7-Spontaneous vaginal delivery without the use of instrument. 8-Baby weight over 2500 grams . 9-First Apgar scores of 8 and above and fifth minute Apgar scores of 9 and above.
Exclusion criteria were:1- short umbilical cord length. 2-Abnormal Vaginal Delivery process.3- Large episiotomy ortear .4- Delivery leads to cesarean section.5- Mothers with unstable clinical condition in blood pressure, body temperature and breathing . 6- Amniotic fluid with Meconium-stained. 7-Clinically unstable infant. 8-Newborns with Congenital abnormalities .
