Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing major abdominal surgeries.
2.Age >18 years of both genders.
3.ASA physical status:I,II,III
4.Both elective and emergency surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal.
2. BMI >35
3.ASA IV
4. Abdominal trauma with hemorrhagic shock
5.Sepsis,perforative peritonitis,septic y
6.Any absolute or relative contradications of spinal anaesthesia.
7.Allergic to local anesthetics and opioids.
