入选标准
- •Patients with hypopharyngeal and laryngeal SCC (except T1N0 and T2N0 Glottic cancers), Stages III â?? IV (AJCC) treated with definitive VMAT
排除标准
- •1. Patients with laryngeal and hypopharyngeal tumors with histology other than SCC
- •2. Patients with Stage I/II tumors
- •3. Patients with distant metastasis
- •4. Patients undergoing upfront laryngectomy
- •5. Initial Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) less than 60%
