Inclusion Criteria
1)Singleton pregnancy
2)Gestational age >37 weeks
3)Cephalic Presentation
4) Previous one lower segment cesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
1) Previous classical cesarean section.
2)Previous uterine surgery- myomectomy/hysterotomy
3)Intrauterine death/congenital malformation of fetus
4)Inter-delivery interval <18months of previous cesarean Section
5)Recurrent indication
6)Associated medical or surgical problems
7)Placenta praevia
8)Cephalopelvic disproportion.
9)Previous cesarean with J shaped /T shaped incision.
