Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade 1 to 3
- •o Patients undergoing middle ear surgeries under MAC
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing middle ear surgeries under General Anaesthesia
- •Known allergic to study medications
- •Patients with renal dysfunction
- •Patients with heart rate below 60/min
- •Pregnant patient
- •History of taking sedative or opioid medication since last one month
- •Known neurological or neuromuscular disorders
- •Bmi equal to more than 30 kg/m2
