入选标准
- •Patients undergoing Phacoemulsification cataract surgery in Aravind eye hospital eye hospital Pondicherry
- •All grades of Cataract ( NS1,NS2,NS3,NS4, PSCC)
- •All patients with endothelial cell count > 1900 cells per square millimeter
排除标准
- •Mature cataract
- •Congenital Cataract and Development cataract
- •Traumatic Cataract
- •Complicated cataract
- •Corneal endothelial dystrophies
- •Pseudoexfoliation syndrome
- •Patients with previous intraocular surgery
- •Nuclear sclerosis grading 5,6 by LOCS III classification
- •Small pupil diameter less than 4 mm after a full dilatation
- •Patients with intra operative complications like PC rent, dislocated IOL and iridodialysis.
- •Any retinal pathology
- •All patients with <1900 cell per square millimeter
