In the Osmanthus fragrans group, anxiety was significantly attenuated. The abdominal discomfort of patients who reported strong anxiety during colonoscopy was significantly attenuated in the grapefruit group and the Osmanthus fragrans group.

1 Patient who has contraindication diseases to antispastic (glaucoma, severe heart disease and prostatomegaly) or asthma 2 Patient who has allergy to foods or plants 3 Patient who could not complete their total colonoscopy
