Inclusion Criteria
Patients of allergic rhinitis with symptomatic inferior turbinate hypertrophy who are above 18 years of age and refractory to medical treatment
Exclusion Criteria
1.Bleeding diathesis
2.Acute respiratory tract infections
3.Previous history of nasal surgeries or trauma
4.Gross deviation of nasal septum, associated sinonasal disease with or without nasal polyposis
5.Malignancy of nose and paranasal sinus
6.Patients with comorbidities like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension
