Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
2. Patients who are currently treated with a single or combination of injectable /oral anti diabetic drugs with or without insulin therapy
3. Patients aged more than or equal to 60 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with type 1 diabetes
2. Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis and/or hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state
3. Patients who are severely ill
