- •3. Open pyeloplasty under general anaesthesia

- •1. ASA status III / IV
- •2. Parent / guardian refusal
- •3. H/O developmental delay or mental retardation
- •4. Hypersensitivity to any local anaesthetic
- •5. Bleeding diasthesis
- •6. Infection at the puncture site of the proposed block
