Age 18 to 60 years
Hospitalization in the intensive care unit due to decreased level of consciousness
Decreased level of consciousness to 7-13(FOUR score)
Presence of pain in the patient based on BPS instrument
No hearing problem (history of using hearing aids, ear surgery, deafness, history of tinnitus, working in a noisy environment ...)
Do not take auto toxic drugs for more than a week
Lack of expressing pain verbally
Not receiving painkillers in the last 24 hours
Hospitalization for at least one week
Lack of quadriplegia, extensive facial injuries, and impaired muscle function
Intubation of the patient
Listen to music
Patients with surgical cases admitted to the intensive care unit

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Patient pain level connected to mechanical ventilation. Timepoint: Ten minutes before the intervention and thirty minutes after the intervention for three consecutive days in the afternoon. Method of measurement: Behavioral pain scale.
