- •SEVERE FUNGAL KERATITIS
- •EVIDENCE OF FUNGI IN SMEAR OR CULTURE
- •WILLING TO BE TREATED AS INPATIENT AND RETURN IN 3 DAYS TILL EPITHELIZATIO
Exclusion Criteria
- •EVIDENCE OF BACTERIA OR ACANTHAMOEBA ON STAIN
- •EVIDENCE OF HERPETIC KERATITIS
- •B/L OR PERFORATED ULCER
- •H/O PREVIOUS OCULAR SX
- •IMMMUNOCOMPROMISED
