1. Aged 60 years old and above
2. Having been diagnosed with hypertension by a medical doctor
3. Medically stable
1. Have unstable medical conditions requiring frequent visits to a physician or hospital stays or a scheduled impending surgery
2. Terminally ill
3. Have severe hearing and/or visual deficits that are not functionally adapted with devices such as a hearing aid or eyeglasses
4. Require assistance from a caregiver such as a volunteer relative, friend, or paid individual will be excluded from this study
