Inclusion Criteria
1. Children with Down’s syndrome with mild to moderate intellectual disability in the age group of 5-12 years
2. Children with Down’s syndrome fulfilling the ASA I and ASA II criteria
3. Children with Down’s syndrome who were pet friendly
4. Children with Down’s syndrome requiring intraoral examination and fluoride varnish application
Exclusion Criteria
1. Children with Down’s syndrome with history of any known allergy
2. Children with ASA III and ASA IV criteria
