Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Undergone residential intense IAYT treatment \>6 days at holistic health center in between 2015 to 2022,
  • •Who diagnosed with stroke at age \<75 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Presence of severe cognitive or communication deficits interfering with patients’ capacity to provide the informed consent or proper answers to the questionnaires.
  • •Severe neurological condition Alzheimer, dementia, Parkinson
  • •Not able to perform yoga practices.
  • •Age \>75 year
