Inclusion criteria : having mental health.
Exclusion criteria: Addicts,alcohol consumers, non-Muslim people, people with certain physical illnesses including heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, emphysema, cancer patients, people with ostomy and mastectomy and hysterectomy.
