Exclusion Criteria
Quality of life limiting illness/restriction, muscle soreness, acute lower extremity injury, ligamentous injury (ankle or knee joint) in the previous 6 months, concussion or head injury in the previous year, lower extremity surgery in the previous year, taking body perception impairing medications
