Inclusion Criteria

• Normal singleton pregnancy
• Gestational age 30-40 weeks
• Pitting edema in feet

Exclusion Criteria

• presence of any under lying disease e.g.

  • Diabetes,
  • Hypertension,
  • High risk pregnancy
  • Any wound or skin lesion
