•18-90 years old Males; BMI <30, ASA Score I-III; patients scheduled for inguinal herniorrhaphy; inguinal Hernia type I-II-IV-V AHS/I-II-EHS non recurrent; free from pain or analgesic drug administration in the preoperative period; Patients without cognitive impairment or mental retardation; No allergy to one of the drugs of the study; No contraindication to unilateral subarachnoid blockade; Patients who have given a written informed consent
