Inclusion Criteria
- •18\-90 years old Males; BMI \<30, ASA Score I\-III; patients scheduled for inguinal herniorrhaphy; inguinal Hernia type I\-II\-IV\-V AHS/I\-II\-EHS non recurrent; free from pain or analgesic drug administration in the preoperative period; Patients without cognitive impairment or mental retardation; No allergy to one of the drugs of the study; No contraindication to unilateral subarachnoid blockade; Patients who have given a written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria
- •under 18 or over 90 years old; ASA IV\- V ; emergency/urgency surgery; non type I\-II\-IV\-V AHS/I\-II\-EHS direct or indirect or recurrent inguinal hernia; allergy to one of the drugs under investigation; analgesic drug administration before surgery; contraindication to unilateral subarachnoid blockade; no written informed consent.
