After 3 months, the rates showed a significant increase in treatment adherence. Moreover, an increasing in knowledge of the intervention group, and this increase was also much higher than the control group. The rate of using inhalers with passed results increased from 48.9% to 91.1% after 3 months, and the rate of correctly practicing breathing exercises and the frequency of doing them in the intervention group also increased significantly higher than before the intervention.

- •COPD patients who were treated with inhaled medications at home in the stable phase and do not have an exacerbation requiring hospitalization for at least three months; can speak, read, and understand Vietnamese; owned and used a mobile phone frequently; and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study
排除标准
- •Patients had a history of bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, lung surgery, or other respiratory diseases; were experiencing a COPD exacerbation or exacerbation of co\-morbidities in the past three months or had had a change in medication in the past three months; or people with mental disorders or other serious illnesses
