入选标准
- •adult patients with age 18yrs and above, diagnosis of aneurysmal SAH posted for endovascular coiling will be included in this study.
排除标准
- •1)SAH due to any cause other than aneurysm
- •2)Poor grade SAH with a rebleed
- •3)Chronic Renal Failure (CRF),
- •4)Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
- •5)Prolonged use of diuretic drugs, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, corticosteroids
- •6)Poorly controlled endocrine dysregulations (poorly controlled DM, DI, steroid hormone/aldosterone disturbances, thyroid disorders)
- •Associated H/o moderate or severe traumatic brain injury.
