Academics over 18, of both sexes; not participating in other extension projects that involve integrative and complementary practices; which are compatible with the days of application of the reiki technique.
Exclusion Criteria

Name Time Method Expected Outcom 1 - Increasing number of students with low anxiety or no signs of anxiety after the application of five reiki sessions, verified through the application of the IDATE scale to assess the anxiety level before and after the technique. ;Expected Outcom 2 - Increasing number of students with presenting stable vital signs, after the application of five reiki sessions, verified by measuring vital signs before and after the technique.
