Inclusion Criteria
Conscious on mechanical ventilator support for >= 48 hours.
Subjects having retentions of secretions on auscultatory findings.
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects with seizures, open wound over the thorax, fracture ribs and / or sternum and spinal trauma.
