- •Patients who undergoes lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
- •ASA grades physical status I and II
排除标准
- •Patient with medical history of cardiopulmonary diseases ,
- •cerebrovascular diseases, liver and renal dysfunctions
- •Opioid-dependent and opioid sensitive patients,
- •Patients with psychiatrics illness and on medication ,
- •Haemodynamically unstable and morbidly obese patients
- •Patient not giving consent .
- •Patient taking opioid medication on pain killers
- •Contraindication for spinal anaesthesia
