The patient was admitted to the intensive care unit of the Seoul National University Hospital (Internal Medicine, Surgery Intensive Care Unit) or the subICU
1. Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale (RASS) 0
2. who can obey command 3 steps
3. Patients expected to stay in the intensive care unit for more than two days
4. Over 18 years of age
1. In underlying condition, the one who has lower extremities weakness
2. the one who was injured at spine, pelvis, hip and lower extremeties
3. the one who has lesions of central nervous system or peripheral nervous system
4. In case a femoral catheter is inserted, e.g. ECMO(extracoporeal membrane oxygenation), CRRT(continuous renal replacement therapy), etc.
5. If the ability to agree is impaired due to the cognitive dysfunction.
