Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •AF patients who were received warfarin.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Contraindication of warfarin or warfarin use less than 1 year
- •2\. Each INR level was checked more than 6 months
- •3\. All types of prosthetic heart valve including mitral valve repair
- •4\. Patients with thrombocytopenia, myeloproliferative disorders (essential thrombocythemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, polycythemia vera, agnogenic myeloid metaplasia), hyperviscosity syndrome or cirrhosis
- •5\. Pregnancy
- •6\. Patients participating in other concealed study
- •7\. Warfarin interruption from surgery or invasive procedure during study
- •8\. Hospitalization during study
- •9\. Warfarin discontinuation during study
