Inclusion Criteria
- •AF patients who were received warfarin.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Contraindication of warfarin or warfarin use less than 1 year
- •2. Each INR level was checked more than 6 months
- •3. All types of prosthetic heart valve including mitral valve repair
- •4. Patients with thrombocytopenia, myeloproliferative disorders (essential thrombocythemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, polycythemia vera, agnogenic myeloid metaplasia), hyperviscosity syndrome or cirrhosis
- •5. Pregnancy
- •6. Patients participating in other concealed study
- •7. Warfarin interruption from surgery or invasive procedure during study
- •8. Hospitalization during study
- •9. Warfarin discontinuation during study
