Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Male or female, over 20 years old.
- •2\. Those who have no allergic reaction to essential oils.
- •3\. Those who have no aversion to fragrance.
- •4\. Those with clear consciousness and no cognitive impairment and mental disorders.
- •5\. Those who are willing to participate in this experimental research.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Have cardiovascular disease (such as: heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, fava bean disease or other diseases).
- •2\. Those with respiratory diseases (such as: cold, wheezing, allergies or abnormal sense of smell).
- •3\. Those who take drugs.
- •4\. Women who are pregnant and breastfeeding.
- •5\. Those who are allergic to essential oils.
