Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Male or female, over 20 years old.
  • 2\. Those who have no allergic reaction to essential oils.
  • 3\. Those who have no aversion to fragrance.
  • 4\. Those with clear consciousness and no cognitive impairment and mental disorders.
  • 5\. Those who are willing to participate in this experimental research.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Have cardiovascular disease (such as: heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, fava bean disease or other diseases).
  • 2\. Those with respiratory diseases (such as: cold, wheezing, allergies or abnormal sense of smell).
  • 3\. Those who take drugs.
  • 4\. Women who are pregnant and breastfeeding.
  • 5\. Those who are allergic to essential oils.
