Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients age 18 and above.
2. Both male and female.
3.Underwent thoracotomy surgery >= 2 months.
4. On oral analgesics (opioids, NSAIDS) for pain management.
5.On oral analgesics with NRS >4
Exclusion Criteria
1 Inability to comprehend pain scale.
2 Localised or systemic sepsis.
3 Contraindications to regional techniques.

Name Time Method To compare the efficacy of Intercostal RFA with conventional oral analgesics for the management of chronic post-thoracotomy pain syndrome (PTPS) in terms of 1) Reduction of NRS 2) Total oral analgesics consumptionTimepoint: Assessment time points would be weekly till one month
