Elders 60 years and above
Elderly who had experienced knee pain on most days of the previous month and rated themselves to have mild to moderate pain in the numerical pain scale
Elderly participants those who are using topical analgesics / pain killers
Elderly whose activities are completely restricted to bed
Critically ill patients, with severe/ uncontrolled comorbidities such as myocardial ischemia, unstable angina pectoris or mental illness
Elderly with acute trauma of knee joint, those with osteoporosis, and those who undergone any intervention for knee Osteoarthritis like knee joint replacement
Elderly with sensory deficits and those who cannot follow the instructions.
Elderly those who are performing any specific exercises for OA
