Inclusion Criteria
•Be 18+ years of age•Able to converse in English without an interpreter •Have a diagnosis of any type of inflammatory arthritis (eg. Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, etc.)•Living in the Canterbury or West Coast region
Exclusion Criteria
•Significant visual or hearing impairment to an extent that would make engagement in a group environment difficult•Only have diagnosis of osteoarthritis (OA) without other inflammatory arthritis diagnosis

Name Time Method Feasibility and acceptability of THRIVE | Whakapuawai [Focus group discussions including all participants which are conducted by a member of the research team.<br><br>Topics include: <br>-What individuals thought of the sessions<br>- How it has been working for them within the context of their living well with inflammatory arthritis journey<br>- What's working well about the programme and what isn't<br><br>Each focus group after each session will be 15-20 minutes, with a 45-60 minute focus group in the weeks following the completion of THRIVE | Whakapuawai. Throughout THRIVE | Whakapuawai programme via brief focus groups after each of the 6 sessions and 3-4 weeks following completion of THRIVE | Whakapuawai programme]
