Inclusion Criteria
1.Infertility
2.Age 18-45 yr
3.FSH, LH, Estradiol day 3 in normal physiological range
4.Normal cycle length in previous 3 cycle
5.Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Contraindication to estrogen
2.Endometrial lesion such as polyp or synechiae
3.Previous use of drugs affecting the metabolism of estrogen such as Phenytoin, Rifampicin in previous 3 onths
