- •2.Age 18-45 yr
- •3.FSH, LH, Estradiol day 3 in normal physiological range
- •4.Normal cycle length in previous 3 cycle
- •5.Willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •1.Contraindication to estrogen
- •2.Endometrial lesion such as polyp or synechiae
- •3.Previous use of drugs affecting the metabolism of estrogen such as Phenytoin, Rifampicin in previous 3 onths
