Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Infertility
  • •2\.Age 18\-45 yr
  • •3\.FSH, LH, Estradiol day 3 in normal physiological range
  • •4\.Normal cycle length in previous 3 cycle
  • •5\.Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Contraindication to estrogen
  • •2\.Endometrial lesion such as polyp or synechiae
  • •3\.Previous use of drugs affecting the metabolism of estrogen such as Phenytoin, Rifampicin in previous 3 onths
